    Amanda talks about how she plans to be resilient for the next 100 days at home in quarantine, and Kristin talks about falling into the ‘I’M FINE’ trap and how you have to make sure you’re taking care of yourself.

    The girls also discuss how RESILIENCE will be showing up in the form of redefining what expectations are realistic and unrealistic for each of us.
